Well, customer service is only good if you're actually being HELPED.
1) He's not being helped
2) Even if they DID send him a new mechbox, who's to say it wouldn't have the exact same flaws? Then the warranty runs out and OH no more warranty? No new parts. You're screwed regardless.
I doubt FCC would send a single person 3 new mechboxes on the same complaint, even if it failed 3 times for the same reason.
Someone in wpg is getting an FCC mechbox (hopefully before september), I'm gonna see if I can take a peek at it and see if it has the same gear lash issue.
