I'm looking to pick up one of evike's full slide sets for the WE 1911 line. They are essentially the full upper half of the 1911, with the outer and inner barrel, spring guide, recoil spring and hopup. I was considering getting 2 slide sets, one with a 3.8" and one with a 5.1" barrel.
I read that the prohibited barrel length for a real handgun was below 110mm. So the 3.8" is a no go, but I could just order the full length slide set straight from evike without fear of it getting seized?
