Is your issue resolved?
If not, does your radio block the airwaves when you press the transmit button?
If so, it may be an electrical problem with your radio's sound component or it may be a problem with the transmitter part if it doesn't. If you can't resolve it with the manual. Open your radio and check for oxydation of connectors.
