I too am not an active customer of Blackwiddow, but I can assure you

1) He is not this person that some are trying to portray to advance themselves in some rediculous way.

2) The method this OP went about this is unnaceptable. If I ran a business and someone tried to pull this on me, they would be on the wrong end of my lawyer.

Not cool, and not the place to be searching for a solution.
