Prometheus barrel is worth spending the money on (they do make a big difference over the stock barrels) but only if you plan on making your P90 your primary. If not, I suggest just getting a Madbull. You'll get similar results (a better barrel then the stock) but at half the cost.
There are many instructional videos on youtube showing you how to swap barrels on P90s as well
