A buddy of mine bought a left handed M24 receiver/outer barrel that he bought to fit on his gutted CA M24 years ago, so am sure you can find something, at least (and rarely) a crappy broken CA M24 as a parts gun (I bought mine third hand in 2003 for $500 with crappy falling apart CA bipod, stripped screws, scope, shitty 300% upgrade kit, etc., was in really rough shape, but brought it to life through trail and error, and not much money).
AV, then post up a request for a CA M24 parts gun, might get surprised.
