Take my post with a grain of salt. While being a sniper may look awesome and pretty fun, it is not. +1 to Voodoo about people shrugging off their hits. At least when you're charging in guns blazing they can't just shrug it off. When it's just you and him they will shrug it off like no tomorrow. This is not all players but there will be enough to make you throw up your hands.
Now on the topic of BBs, depending on how powerful your gun is you will want to use anything from .30s to .36s or if your gun is so powerful that those don't work, .43s
