The barrel still tilts, because like half the autoloading pistols out there, it uses the old tried and true cam action. But some work better than others with a can on it. One thing about the MK23 and USP Tactical, they were designed to have a suppressor mounted, therefore have higher sights than others.
Hehe, my MK23 doesn't really make a clackity clack sound, is more like a loud CLANG!
