Get the high rings, for two reasons. That rifle has the hop up adjust right under the objective lense (as you know) so higher rings will give you a bit more room to get your fat fingers in. Second, the higher mounts will work better with your goggles as far as proper cheekweld goes. I found medium height rings to be too low and was more difficult to use the rifle well (paintball goggles would actually press off to the left opening a huge gap when I was actually able to get the proper sight picture.)
