Not sure entirely about the inner barrel for you specific sniper model, but it's 435mm for a standard tm vsr 10 inner barrel.
A 130sp spring will probably get you close to 450fps.
And I also suggest getting upgraded sears as the clone sear sets degrade quite fast.
