JG P90 or JG SIG 552. Small, lightweight, easy to maneuver, and can be used for both outdoor and CQB. MP5s are nice too.. though full metal ones aren't all that light (they're not heavy.. but they have a bit of heft).
If you find an M4 too heavy an AK is definetly out of the question... as is almost anything with a metal body.
