Shootsoft.ca Shipping delay
 

I can not believe that I have to wait 20 business days to have my order shipped. I have been told by them that it is becuase of "high volume of sales". I have two questions that I need to be answered:
1) If you were that far behind on shipping orders, woudn't you be working at least 6 days a week to try to catch up on shipping orders?
2) If you were getting that many orders, you would obviously be making some good money, so why not hire some extra staff to help with packing and shipping orders?

The only logical reason I can think of as to why this is happening is that they actually don't have anything in stock, they only order it when they get on order on their site. This would also mean they could lying about having high sales volume.

The main problem i'm having with them is lack of honesty.
