TF7 issue

Ok, so I am having an issue with my TF7. After charging the batter I set it in place closed the compartment back up and got ready to fire, pulled the trigger and noting happens. I thought maybe the battery cooked it's self as these clones tend to do so I took out the old volt meeter and tested it only to find that the batter indeed has a charge. so again i put the battery back pull the trigger and I see a little spark inside the body near the battery connection.

I pulled the top rail off and checked the wires which had no damage to them. So I had the bright idea to connect the wires directly to the battery and low and behold the gun fires but once I plug everything back in it wont fire. any suggestions?

TF7's almost all the time have issues with the battery/battery compartment. Try putting a piece of cardboard maybe a size of a quarter and put it in the end of the battery as you put the battery in. Most likely the battery does not get in contact with the connectors so it needs a little push.

TF guns are plagued with issues. This will be your first of many, I'm afraid. Sorry I can't be of help to you.

yep you'll have to add a piece of something in front of the battery to
push it into the connectors, either that or bending the contacts in the gun

good luck!

Yup. That's pretty much the most common issue, and the part is next to impossible to find. The TM part works, but try finding one...
