Another question from me. Lol.
Hey guys. Here comes another question. Do the guns you guys play with use:
Plastic 6mm-8mm BBs (Pictured here http://www.bbgunworld.com/store/usri...r10000ammo.jpg ) OR Copper Ball BBs? (Pictured here: http://www.bbgunworld.com/store/usri...-bbs-(2500.jpg ) |
6mm is more common, 8 is in there, mainly for the classics
The copper balls? Uh, no. thats for a pellet/bb rifle, potentially dangerous ________ Housewives Cams |
Awesome. :D
Also, what do you guys think of the website: http://www.buyairsoft.ca/catalog/ Is it a good website to buy from? What are some other airsoft related canadian store websites? |
0.12 Camo-Ammo? If your ROF is high enough you could get a MARPAT stream or something.
http://www.buyairsoft.ca/catalog/... Where noob get their leet sniper rifle. |

I believe the Marushin's (classic, probably older than I am actually) used 8mm's.
I almost got one off the Classifieds.... Too slow though. |

I would be more worried of those things coming at me and breaking plastic buckles or scratching my gear. |
marushin classics? umm how bout 90% of modern marushin use 8mm
|
Wow... I haven't done much research into Marushin's (I thought that they switched to 6mm) but I guess I stand corrected.

.20 bbs for my we 1911 hicappa Ive never seen anyone use anything other than 6mm in the field before, as most guns fucntion better with 6mm. |
Nice. Thanks guys. I'm planning on getting some guns as we speak. I got my paycheck. Mmm :3
Also a question for you guys: I'm ofcourse 18, turned 18 this June. I dont really have a peice of Identification that tells my age and such. I'll explain. I was born and raised in Ontario canada. So I am a canadian citizen (sweet). I have a health card, but its the ancient red and white one. I was told to upgrade when I was 16, but it wasnt manditory so I didnt do it. I dont have ID. As, I dont have my license. I just dont have time nor money to get my license right now. I have a social insurance number card, with my name on it. I ofcourse have my birth certificate, but its in TERRIBLE condition. Not Laminated, at all. Ripped in some places, and I basically cant carry it with me or it will disintegrate. Haha. Now, heres the question. When going to a tournament for airsoft (Some of you guys hold some, dont ya?) would I have to bring identification which identifies my age? Also, some other questions. These may have been awnsered before, if so I am sorry for not searching. We have 2 members on our "team" (if you care to call it that), that have a similar problem. One team member is underage. Hes 16, but turning 17 this december. I know this rule applies with paintball, but I'm wondering if it does apply with airsoft also. As long as theres a guardian or parent for him on the playing fields, would the underage teammate be able to play? (When, I did paintball when I was 16, I had to have my dad or 20 year old friend there with me to sign as a guardian for me.) Also, another one of our teammates is 17. He has an ID problem thats worse than mine, haha. When he was born, his mom never got a birth certificate. She got a birth registration form and such, but no certificate. Therefor, my other teammate does not have a Social Insurance Number, nor does he have a license, or basically any ID other than a health card which is coincidentally the old white and red one, I think. If the playing field requires ID, what would he have to bring? Parent? Guardian? Thanks guys. |

I'm planning on buying some from the website I posted up there. and yes, their clearsoft. *waits for flames*
Lol, I realized I put the wrong year for my age. Yea, I'm smart like that. *Someone yells out "Dumbass!" haha. I put 1982, and I meant for it to be 1990. Its a habit of mine, to just scroll through the age screen and pick a random year. |
