MICH Chinstrap
 

Hey, I just bought a repro PASGT. I'm thinking of putting a MICH chinstrap on it. I searched it, but didn't find anything, so:

1-Is it hard to attach?
2-Where could I find one?

Yeah, the PASGT is pretty good, but if you really want that strap... why not just get a MICH?

Plus most of the MICH replicas I've seen were far better quality than the toy-like ABS PASGTs you run into most of the time.

Yeah, I got an ABS PASGT from eHobby for about $8 shipped, not bad but I'm thinking of getting a MICH myself; they are Fiberglas if I remember correctly, which would explain the $30 price tag.

That and the MICH is kinda sexy too. :cool:

Yeah it's some kind of fiberglass, has a nice heft to it. Nice enough that a few people have asked if it was real.

I do recommend ditching the plush toy foam pads and getting some real pads in, though.

Alright, I'm sold... getting one ASAP!
