Systema Mechbox Trigger Issue

Was working on my systema mechbox last night with my team's tech (spa) and we ran into a very interesting issue. When the battery is disconnected the trigger works fine. pull trigger, releases and pops back into normal position. Does this with both full and semi auto.

Now.. we plug in the battery, and the motor turns, compression and all that sounds amazing, but on Semi Auto the trigger doesnt click back to its original position. you gotta flick it back yourself. But on full auto, it reverts back to the original position fine. We think it may have something to do with a spring near the trigger.. but any help would be muchly appreciated.

Thanks

Needs a new trigger spring? Maybe it's worn out.

Lol, I found this exact problem with a stock and relatively new TM G36 a few weeks ago. Same damn thing. I sorted out that the trigger linkage (the metal peice that the trigger uses to press the contact block into the contact leaves) would tilt upwards slightly and snag on the part above it (plastic rail type assembly). Sorry for the crappy descriptions, I'm assuming you are talking about a V2 mechbox, correct? Try swapping around the little contact block return spring. I did that for the case above, it worked better but if you pulled the trigger and released it slowly, it'd lock up, but if you ran semi quickly the trigger would return by itself easily.

Well, its fixed. The issue was the triggers spring not put in properly blocking the Safty block that holds the trigger switch from moving inside the gearbox.

It was not affected in full auto because the little plastic peice was pushed all the way out so it would not get caught on the spring.
But, when in semi the plastic peice is mvoed closer to the trigger which then caught on the wrongly placed spring.

Solution: Make sure everything is back in the same way it was before:P

thanks for the help.
