German LKS
 

I'm down at college shopping for new gear and I am wondering if the German LKS style pouches will fit into US LC2 style belt. My gut tells me no but I want to find out for sure. I wouldn't be asking this question if I had my gear with me but I don't.

If it's the stuff I'm thinking about, which is the general issue Flecktarn webbing, then no, it works more like the Canadian P82 then ALICE.
The pouches hook into holes on the top of the belt, then studs fit through the bottom holes and are fastened by a toggle that, from the base of the pouch, loops around the bottom of the belt and snaps over the studs.

dont worry the base german webbing kit is only like 25$ on ebay
its the german pouches your gonna have trouble finding anyway

ya i ordered my pouches from there, good stuff
only other place i've seen more than 2 pouches is ebay.de and they dont ship anywhere outside deutschland :p
