I've recently got a HK MP7, I want to turn it into a sweet swat/sf gun. What upgrades both internal and external do I need to do to it?

H&K MP7s are OEMd by KWA.

Internally I don't think you have to do anything to it. Other than replacing the bolt with a CQB bolt if you wanna play 360 fps CQB. Or NPAS works too. Research both and decide which you like.

Externally it's whatever attachments you want to match with SWAT or SF.

Flashlight if you are playing CQB for sure. and a green laser, Make sure to zero it for 20-40 feet

Everything beyond cqb bolt and maybe an ra tech evo ii inner barrel is just external preference. I've always liked the t1 peq 15 and surfefire combo. I'd check out wii tech as they make an extended butt pad which extends the stock pad about an inch. It doesn't sound like much, but it makes a world of a difference when shouldering for whatever reason.
