G&G - awesome customer service!
 

I contacted G&G's support email last Thursday to order a few spare parts for my GK5C. They responded to my email within the hour and after trading several more messages the parts were ordered and paid for via PayPal.

The parts arrived this morning from Taiwan.

I just wanted to pass on that the nice people at G&G are a joy to deal with and the level of service they provide is absolutely excellent. I am extremely impressed which is why I'm posting this message as I feel that their attention to customer service should be trumpeted to all!

I have ordered parts in the past from g&g, great customer service, fast shipping to.

Agreed, whenever I email their customer service I usually get a reply within the following 45 minutes.

On this topic, where did you order from, where was it shipped from and how much time between order and pickup? thanks brah

Yup, sounds like standard service from G&G.

Direct from g&g would be from taiwan 2-4 weeks by standard post.. 5 business days or so by ems post. They take paypal. They have contact info on their website.

I ordered direct from G&G's support department (all contact via email). To make a long story short, I sent my first email inquiry on a Thursday evening and I had parts in hand on the following Wednesday evening (total time to completion was less than 6 days). I received the parts in the mail as Taiwan is a little to far from my locale (Calgary) for a pickup.

I forgot to mention that I paid for the parts + shipping via PayPal.
