I just interested in moding the WE Hi capa with the SAS kit that can up a thread for the suppressor

I wonder the lower frame is compatible with that SAS kit for the WE hi capa

no, it's not because the WE frame has the lower rail attached.

The SAS kit needs to attach to the frame of the pistol where on the marui hi-capa, a rail does not normally exist. holes ARE in place to attach a rail or other accessories though.

The WE frame has the lower rail integrated into the frame.
