has anyone seen this before???

hey guys I was on youtube and came across a video from a kid out in Germany who has a lot of good gameplay and thought i'd pass it on and see what you guys thought...

the beginning is just a review of his f2000 skip to 4:45 and that's where it gets interesting

Hmm.....?

The round counter is custom built by the guy holding the gun, it counts down from each mag as each mag is individually coded with barcode system. You can swap out and use other magazines and it will still countdown but if removed will read 99 again as there is no coding for the scanner to read.

The guy also makes a joke that the equivalent system could maybe found online for possibly €1000 euros.

Looks nice. Still cannot count the actual number, but the fact that it keeps track of which mag fired x bb's is a good step forward.

I'm sure there are 100rnd M style magazines. The display may not beable to read 100 (3 digit spaces) but it'll count down starting from 99 down. +/- 1 round is nothing compared to removing a magazine and having 3-5 drop out.

Also the system the guy built also has a low ammo alert set at 10rnds remaining.

Pretty cool.

Very very cool. I like the sound he used for the low ammo reminder. Reminds me of half-life.

Thanks rainer, +1 on the sounds when he puts the mag in it sounds like its powering up a laser beam

That is awesome. Very suited to that gun for some reason. Probably it's futuristic look.
