i have a g&g g16 cqw wasp, i was wondering how i can increase my fps?

Increase fps to what?

Bone stock if you put in a longer barrel you will up the fps quite a bit on that one. I have a cqd which has the same barrel length. Stock was shooting 345'ish. Put a 250mm I think (CQB-r length) and had to downgrade spring from the stock 100 to a 90 to get back to 350'ish. Was 390'ish with the 100 spring

sorry if i sound very noob, this is my first airsoft. but where would i get the parts for the upgrade? and im having trouble looking for a stock for this gun

Google is your friend my friend. There are lots of online stores that would be happy to take your money. Or you can even get AV'd on here and get access to the wonderful classifieds where people sell stocks all the time, and usually at pretty good prices.

Why do you want to increase the FPS?

Do you know what it's actually shooting at now?
