As for cantire and wallyworld, I can't really find anything I want there. There is a particular M4 which cantire sells but they don't sell it anymore as its been replaced by a much more terrible version. And the wal-mart here and crappy tire just have a terrible selection.

Firstly, it is the general position of ASC that we do not condone minors playing with airsoft guns, especially without supervision and in public areas. Playing in a backyard isn't a great idea, playing on land that belongs to a hydro/telecom company is a worse idea.

Why is it that all the kiddies call it "Airsoft Wars"?

Aren't you a kiddie yourself?

As for the r39, ive done a bit of research on watched and read a nice few reviews and it seems like a really solid gun with a pretty nice fps, is very accurate, nice mag size for a springer, all I want for playing with a few friends really as they too have lower end guns.
Also, lately wal-mart has a new shotgun out...well new to me atleast and it too is not bad by any means. I know a few people with it and for the $30 price you really cannot go wrong.

I'm assuming you're underage. Since you probably won't heed the advice to stop playing, at least take this bit. Keep it clear, don't paint it, just in case authorities happen to stumble upon you. Whatever you manage to get your hands on from walmart/canadian tire is generally perceived as cheap stuff and have been known to break in a short amount of time, so don't be disappointed when it does. Keep it safe, keep it smart, always wear eye protection.
And for 30 bucks, that damned walmart shotgun has been more reliable than a lot of my other guns.
