been in my city for 3 days... and still not delivered

Sacre January 19th, 2012 17:03

Package sent on the 17th, Still says its in Montreal.. its the 19th.. Apparently it is supposed to arrive tomorrow, i have my doubts.. I paid for the fastest shipping, its an 8 hour drive to my house, if they don't deliver tomorrow i'll simply ask them where it is and i'll go drive there myself and pick it up!

But I shouldn't be too crazy, I still have tomorrow, just really need it before the weekend and my other product was 2 days late..

its been quite decent here... tracking was accurate for me. hope u guys have better luck!!

I would poo on there heads if they did that to me!

Mr. G36! February 9th, 2012 08:51

So I pay an extra $30 for two-day shipping. The original delivery date passes and no package to be found. I check the tracking number and see "Accidental item re-route - possible delay," and the package has gone passed me to the other end of the province. I check the following day, and the package is still heading farther from me.

I'm usually not one to make a stink, but considering the extra $$$ I paid for faster shipping, I'm considering filing a complaint, even if I know nothing will ever come from it. But seriously, paying for a service not rendered is fraud, right?

But for all I know, Canada Post might not be too different since they never provide updates...

If you call they will refund the shipping price in full.

Mr. G36! February 9th, 2012 20:45

Excellent. I'm certainly giving them a call now.

I had UPS (chose it by mistake) charge me 57$ for a 120$ order from the States this week.

Gosh I'm still mad.

Qlong February 9th, 2012 22:57

Asshole driver.

Seriously, there's a roundabout in the driveway and about 30 more feet of driveway to the left of this picture.

How do you mess that up!!

On the plus side, since my apartment building got a new buzzer system that calls my phone I can confirm that every package has had an attempted or completed delivery on time. And the driver has even been coming in the evening so I'm usually home when they come by. Maybe it's just my driver that is good.

Customs can take any length of time, from 1 day to infinity. You know that.
