Cool, I thought that was just the barrels.

Even a lower receiver? I wouldn't think so; wouldn't it need to fit different shaped internals?

Thanks a lot.

Nah, sorry I counted the receivers somehow as internals as the mechanism is directly on them...

In short, the outer barrels, front ends, stocks (but I'm not sure for the stock tube) and obviously rail accessories are compatible with it.

Inner barrels, hopups, receivers, and obviously the mecanism itself aren't compatible. I don't know about pistol grips.

guys KJW M4 is a very good rifle, just had one and it is my first rifle, maaan it shoots accurate and power. I've been to a game last night at xtreme tactics and ooo maan great performance good cardio sweat like a pig gud gud gud .

If your here in winnipeg manitoba buy at xtreme tactics and your in edmonton or alberta buy on 007airsoft ships fast and capital airsoft they both good. If somebody wants to buy kjw m4 magazine the three has just chooose which is the cheapest.

brixx November 29th, 2009 02:27

On arnies forum lots of guys are switching to kjw m4 they love it and me too representing CANADA hehehe

I've heard its quite a performing gun straight out of the box. But my question is how easy is it to source out parts in case if something happens and/or upgrade options. From what I can tell right now, there are no retailers carrying any replacement or upgrade parts for KJ/TK M4 GBBR.

KoolAidMan November 29th, 2009 18:48

i know you can get replacements straight from KJW

I won one in a raffle last month. Due to being on tasking, I haven't really had any time to perfect my review. I will say, that the real steel and airsoft parts I have tried on this GBBR all fit perfectly. Overall, the only thing that I can see as being any kind of bad part is the bolt itself is plastic. Had they actually made it metal like the bolt carrier, I would have a lot less worry with the rifle itself.

As soon as I can, I will finish up the review, and post it and the pictures on here for everyone.

So after reading some at Arnies I'm confused. Does this GBBR accept VSR10 barrels? It seems to be implied that it does, then later at arnies they say it does not.

brixx November 30th, 2009 01:15

yup straight from kjw, actually i email for a quote on a bolt assembly for a spare if things work out then it will be a good news here in CANADA. I would share info on how things are working out.

regarding vsr10 barrels it would be great to pm raven or t_hum these guys are awesome and snoopy.

KJW

Hey guys, I bought it a few weeks ago...i've had some decent field testing, and am currently working on a good detailed review of it. As well as an acompanying Gas/ adapter/ seal safety thread... Unless someone beats me to it ;)

Hi KJW in Taiwan just email me, they already send the package, Just waiting to arrive and I'll order another set of bolt carrier assembly.I'm buying the bolt carrier assembly due to fps change indoor or out door easy change, also don't forget the upgrade velocity adjuster from cradleairsoft pretty decent.

peacekeeper December 6th, 2009 13:27

so they have a different bolt carrier assembly so you can use it indoors?

If you have two bolt carrier groups, you install the velocity reducer into one then you can change from indoor to outdoor ,easy. (15 seconds)
