Also... darn expensive. I think my local store has em for $29, and that's not even a set, only one half

Sports store near my cottage had them in stock. Technically you don't need bottoms so one piece for you top teeth would suffice.
That being said I did pick up 2 for both top and bottom. Yeah, the price was $29 each but they come with like $30k dental coverage and are super comfy.

Hmm, I didn't know that. Well it's on my list of things to buy, I'll keep an eye out.

Also, I switched from Revision Wolf-Spiders to Revision Bullet-Ants. Highly recommend. That was the goggle switch I've gotta re-adjust for.

Great work man.

will poking some holes in the condura help the heat? and help the sweat to at least go out a bit?

I thought about doing something like this, but with vent-shaped cutouts in linear strips. It didn't seem practical to do, and at which point it probably makes more sense to do what Chaz is showing and just use a smaller cut-down mesh mask.

oh well..I'm actually looking into buying some condura and wicked fabric to do this myself too..with some help from a friend who knows how to sew...apparently she wants one for her prop collection as well @.@

I thought about this before when I first saw the price those mask were, but never actually did it until I saw this post and now i really want to do it LOL...

ebay now has like 1000D condura for like 10 bucks and a few bucks shipping to the states..1 yard x 60"...not bad for that price.

Why not look into small diameter drainage grommet?

You could put a cluster together with minimal increase in thickness, practically no chance of BB penetration, and massive heat reduction.

I was looking into a grommet kit as I'd like to do more DIY pouches. Maybe this is something I'll try in the future?
